The staff was incredible, super helpful! The room was cozy, and we loved being close to the train station for easy travel. The only downside was the beds were too tough for my taste. 😊

Family with children comfortable stay
This hotel is pretty fantastic for families. The bigger room allowed us to sneak in some quality family time while we were there. And being next to a 7-11 was a game changer.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but acceptable for what we got.

The location is fantastic, just a few minutes from the main Kyoto train station and two large indoor malls. The room had thoughtful amenities like a kettle and a fridge, and I loved the deep soaking bathtub in the bathroom. The hotel provided us with large umbrellas for rainy days, and the breakfast offered a great variety of options.
The lobby is located one floor up from ground level.

Perfect Location with Spacious Rooms
I loved how incredibly close this hotel is to Kyoto Station, making it super easy to explore the city. The room was spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel standards, and I enjoyed the decent variety at breakfast every morning. Just be prepared for an elevator ride to the lobby since it's on the second floor!

Conveniently located a short walk from the station, the hotel features spacious rooms with modern amenities, including bathrooms with beautiful fittings. The staff’s exceptional attentiveness made for a memorable experience. Additionally, the helpfulness of the staff in waiving last-minute cancellation fees showcased their commitment to customer service. However, accessing the lobby requires ascending to the second floor, which could be an inconvenience for some guests, and the breakfast, while decent, lacked a wider variety. Room amenities like epsom salt for baths were a pleasant touch, but the layout could feel cramped for families staying multiple nights.
